About information sharing and inquiries concerning the services provided by IIMC (requests from IIMC: click to open)
We presume that each faculty and graduate school is arranging FAQ and other information regarding its role in offering online courses. We would like this kind of information to be shared within the faculty and graduate school (or among KU) so that the preparation of the online environment for each course can proceed more efficiently.
IIMC also seeks to compile FAQ and release them on a daily basis, but this can sometimes take a lot time when we receive similar questions from many people. As the FAQ preparation is time consuming, we sincerely ask each department to organize their inquiries before contacting us.
Request for the appointment of contact persons
As written in the notice titled "About the use of PandA and other resources as measures against the Novel Coronavirus", which was sent to the educational affairs division of each faculty and graduate school from IIMC as of March 25, 2020, we sincerely ask each faculty and graduate school to appoint contact persons (one each from teachers and from staff) for greater efficiency in information sharing in regards to the promotion of online education. Once appointed, please send notices, including affiliations, posts, names and KUMail addresses of the contact persons to our address below. (This notice is also shared on the following Faculty and Staff Groupware.)
In addition, we would like to ask for contact persons to organize inquiries that may affect many of the teaching staff before contacting us.
