In accordance with "WINDOW - A Vision for the Future", the official outlook of Kyoto University, we strive to deliver enhanced educational programs that maximize learner-driven, self-directed creativity and original thinking, as well as to enable a qualitative shift towards education that puts students first.
In order to internationalize our education, promote self-directed learning, and enhance the provision of learning support for students, we provide various learning assistance using ICT and online content, such as MOOC and OCW, for global learning.

This website provides information related to the new ways of utilizing ICT for promoting education. Specifically, this website introduces educational practices using ICT at Kyoto University and provides information on how to create and apply educational content through ICT.

The Committee for the Promotion of Educational Content Utilization is established for the purpose of advancing various utilization of ICT in education and is represented by the faculty members from all the faculties of Kyoto University. This committee examines and discusses how to establish, manage, use and expand ICT in education within Kyoto University.
